One  is that you are your own investor and use our services with our Builders, Realtors,Designers,Architecs,Stagers.

Option One: 

1) We wholesale the deal to you and you do the project yourself with our services

2) We partner up and split the profits

Second option:is to those that don't like to get into doing the leg work finding the deals, builders, selling & buying, etc. options are below if you would like to invest with your cash flow:

 -invest 25k, 50k to 200k for a 6%, 10% to 12% flat return.
